CCSC T.I.P. Q.C. Workshop Seminar 2025: Empowering Students to Be Future-Ready
The Career Center Student Chapter (CCSC) of the Technological Institute of the Philippines – Quezon City successfully concluded the first day of its much-anticipated Workshop Seminar 2025, themed “Future-Ready: Skills for the Self, the Team, and the Workplace.”

Quezon City – The Career Center Student Chapter (CCSC) of the Technological Institute of the Philippines – Quezon City successfully concluded the first day of its much-anticipated Workshop Seminar 2025, themed “Future-Ready: Skills for the Self, the Team, and the Workplace.”
Held at the Career Center Training Rooms 1 and 2, the event gathered student officers, career ambassadors, and aspiring professionals eager to strengthen their career readiness and communication skills. The seminar opened with welcoming remarks from Mr. Jose Marie Carrillo, CCSC President, who emphasized the importance of building confidence and competence as students transition into the professional world.
The highlight of Day 1 was the engaging session led by Ms. Carla Quilapio, the esteemed guest speaker and current Alumni Affairs Officer of T.I.P. Q.C. With her background in industrial psychology, education, and career development, Ms. Quilapio shared valuable insights on creating effective résumés that reflect one’s strengths, achievements, and goals. Participants also took part in a hands-on résumé writing workshop, peer review, and reflection activity — all designed to help them communicate their story on paper with clarity and impact.
The interactive sessions not only enhanced participants’ technical writing skills but also encouraged collaboration and constructive feedback among peers. Certificates and recognition were awarded to outstanding participants who showcased exceptional creativity and professionalism in their outputs.
The Workshop Seminar 2025 doesn’t end here — students can look forward to Day 2 of the event, happening on October 28, 2025, from 1:00 PM to 4:40 PM at the same venue. The second day, titled “Pitch Perfect Workshop,” will focus on public speaking, teamwork, and idea presentation. It will feature Mr. Dan Candelaria, a Talent Management and Development Manager, educator, and certified Mental Health First-Aider, who will guide students in enhancing their communication and pitching skills through interactive team activities and live feedback sessions.
The CCSC encourages all participants and interested students to join the concluding session as they continue their journey toward becoming future-ready professionals - equipped with the confidence, clarity, and creativity to thrive in the workplace.
