September 2025 Civil Engineering Licensure Examination Schedule and Guidelines

This licensure examination marks the culmination of years of rigorous academic preparation, serving as the gateway for civil engineering graduates to officially practice as licensed professionals in the Philippines.
Dress Code for Examinees
• Male Examinees:
White polo shirt with collar (without seal, logo, or mark), decent pants/slacks.
• Female Examinees:
White blouse/shirt with collar (without seal, logo, or mark), decent pants/slacks/skirt, ponytailed long hair.
Items to Bring
1. Notice of Admission (NOA)
2. Official Receipt
3. Two (2) or more pencils (No. 2)
4. One (1) long brown envelope
5. One (1) transparent plastic envelope for valuables
6. Non-programmable calculator (must comply with PRC Resolution No. 05, s. 2024)
7. Snacks, water, and personal medications in transparent containers
Note: Only one calculator is allowed inside the examination room. All calculators will be inspected and reset before the exam starts.
Prohibited Items
• Books, notes, review materials, and printed formulas
• Ballpens (pencils only are allowed)
• Programmable calculators
• Smartwatches, cellphones, Bluetooth devices, and other electronic gadgets
• Bags of any kind (ladies’ bags, backpacks, etc.)
• Other items not explicitly allowed in the PRC guidelines
Reminders
• Examinees must report to their testing centers before 5:30 A.M. on the exam day. Late examinees will not be admitted.
• Personal belongings are the responsibility of each examinee. PRC will not be liable for any loss.
• Health protocols must be observed per DOH standards.
