Bridging Safety with BrillianCE: MSU Marawi ACES x Inhinyerong Sibil - Atsoca Learning Hub Launch 40-Hour COSH + 2-Hour TOT Training with 4 Additional Certificates
The Mindanao State University – Marawi Association of Civil Engineering Students (MSU Mawari ACES) proudly collaborates with Atsoca Learning Hub and Inhinyerong Sibil to conduct the 40-Hour Construction Occupational Safety and Health (COSH) Training for Safety Officer 2 (SO2) — a nationally recognized program certified by the Department of Labor and Employment (DOLE) through accredited partner Think Safe Corporation.

The Mindanao State University – Marawi Association of Civil Engineering Students (MSU Mawari ACES) proudly collaborates with Atsoca Learning Hub and Inhinyerong Sibil to conduct the 40-Hour Construction Occupational Safety and Health (COSH) Training for Safety Officer 2 (SO2) — a nationally recognized program certified by the Department of Labor and Employment (DOLE) through accredited partner Think Safe Corporation.
This initiative underscores the shared commitment of the organizations to cultivate a new generation of engineers who are not only competent but also safety-conscious and socially responsible.
The online training, to be conducted via Zoom Platform and Google Classroom, is scheduled on October 11–12 and 18–19, 2025 from 8:00 AM to 7:00 PM, and is designed to equip participants with the essential competencies in construction safety, hazard identification, and risk management. Through this partnership, "CEtizens" (Civil Engineering students of MSU-Marawi) will gain hands-on understanding of workplace safety protocols that are critical in the engineering and construction industries.
